The HIV services team at Community Connections has openings for qualified applicants. The position is part of a clinical team providing comprehensive services to mentally ill adults either with severe chronic illnesses, HIV or at high-risk for HIV.   Provide intensive case management services to a caseload of 25 mentally ill adults.  Supervision for licensure provided. Preference given to Masters level clinicians, either Social Workers (MSW) or Masters level clinicians in a related mental health field. BA level applicants with experience will be considered.   Applicants must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
