COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS is a nationally recognized private, not-for-profit mental health agency in Washington, D.C. We provide comprehensive services to mentally ill adults, children and their families; many with histories of trauma, substance abuse, HIV and homelessness. We are seeking a full time switchboard operator. Must be available between the hours of 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. The incumbent will place, receive and route a high volume of calls through a multi-line switchboard. Supplies information to callers, relays information.
Must have minimum 2 years experience with primarily receptionist/switchboard duties operating multiple phone lines, proficient with Microsoft Office and general clerical duties. Solid work experience and professional demeanor a must.
