Community Connections has an opening for a full time Project Director to manage two interrelated grants in our Center for Families and Children: The Healing, Empowering, and Recovering Together (HEART) grant (75% FTE), and the DC Social Emotional Early Development (DC SEED) grant (25% FTE). HEART is a five year project funded by Substance Abuse Mental Health Administration (SAMHSA) as part of their National Child Traumatic Stress Network (NCTSN). Requires Master’s degree in related field; DC LGSW or LGPC preferred, and at least one year's experience in managing staff, project or program and one year providing services with youth and families who have SED/SMI, addictions and trauma.
