Mailroom Clerk

HR Benefits Manager

The HR Benefits Manager is responsible for administration of all staff health and welfare benefits and manages the day-to-day administration of retirement plans. The HR Benefits Manager also oversees all leave programs as well as the agency’s COVID-19 vaccination policy and subsequent adherence. The HR Benefits Manager works with benefit vendors to stay apprised of agency’s competitive position in staff benefits and to ensure company compliance with federal and state laws. This position leads the annual review of the Company's benefits and provides recommendations to the Director of Human Resources to ensure competitiveness while being financially prudent. The HR Benefits Manager leads all communications and implementation of wellness and health education initiatives.

Mental Health Group Clinician

Community Connections seeks a clinician to lead groups in our Day Rehabilitation Services Program, a strengths-based, person-centered, culturally sensitive, and trauma informed program.
