Revenue Cycle Manager

The Revenue Cycle Manager is responsible for the timely billing and collections of all services delivered by Community Connections to consumers in DC and Maryland. The Revenue Cycle Manager is responsible for the successful management, administration, and supervision of all functions related to insurance billing and collections performed, including but not limited to posting charges and payments, resolving denials and rejections, collections, and payment adjustments. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or equivalent OR five (5) years of revenue cycle management experience required; At least three (3) years of medical revenue cycle management experience required with a consistent track record of achieving metrics and at least two (2) years supervisory experience successfully resolving a variety of people issues. The Benefits Coordinator is responsible for administration of employee benefits for the agency’s 300+ staff. Employee benefits include health, dental, vision, life and disability, retirement plans, FSA, and EAP. Junior IT Help Desk Technician

The Junior IT Help Desk Technician will be responsible for Level 1 Help Desk support with escalation procedures for troubleshooting and remediating issues presented to the Community Connections Helpdesk. These requests may come via phone, in-person, email, or the Helpdesk ticketing system. Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to end users, computer systems, hardware, or software. Responds to queries, creates/updates tickets, isolates problem, and determines and implements solutions or escalation procedures.
