HR Benefits Coordinator

The Benefits Coordinator is responsible for administration of employee benefits for the agency’s 300+ staff. Employee benefits include health, dental, vision, life and disability, retirement plans, FSA, and EAP. Required Qualifications: • BA degree, preferably in HR • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in HR, at least two (2) of which are in Benefits primarily. • Knowledgeable of all state, federal and local laws pertaining to employment (FMLA, ADA, COBRA, HIPAA, OSHA, and other federal and state laws that impact benefits administration). • Experience working with an HRMS/Experience working with Ultipro preferred

Junior IT Help Desk Technician

The Junior IT Help Desk Technician will be responsible for Level 1 Help Desk support with escalation procedures for troubleshooting and remediating issues presented to the Community Connections Helpdesk. These requests may come via phone, in-person, email, or the Helpdesk ticketing system. Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to end users, computer systems, hardware, or software. Responds to queries, creates/updates tickets, isolates problem, and determines and implements solutions or escalation procedures.
