Clinical Housing Coordinator

Starting with the belief that people grow, develop, and evolve into their unique selves in the presence of other people, the Recovery Community program is a Community Connections' supportive housing program that seeks to create intentional, safe, relationship-centered communities of residents.  The Recovery Community clinical staff provides direct behavioral health supportive services to residents who live independently in a variety of building styles including shared houses or congregate apartments. In these communities and with the support of clinical housing staff, residents enhance healthy relationships, become active participants in a supportive community, and develop the ability to heal from the impacts of mental illness, trauma, substance abuse, homelessness, discrimination, and poverty.

Clinical Housing Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Delivers individual behavioral health services and facilitates groups with residents in the designated Recovery Communities (these are CC properties located throughout the city)
  • Promotes cross-teaming and inter-agency efforts to assist residents with establishing and maintaining housing and income stability and enhance overall wellness.

Clinical Housing Coordinator Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related human service field.
  • One year minimum experience delivering case management services to adults in residential settings who have serious mental illness, addictions, and trauma histories.
  • Candidates must pass a background check, have a clean driving record as well as a reliable vehicle to transport consumers (post-COVID) and navigate community work as most of the work is done in the community.
