Community Connections, a large private not-for-profit community behavioral health organization in Washington, DC is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for a Community Support Services team which provides recovery oriented, outcomes based, community focused services to adult consumers with mental illness and substance abuse issues.  The CSP teams consists of an independently licensed supervisor, and 8-10 front line MA and BA level staff who each serve 30-40 consumers.

The Clinical Supervisor will have support from senior staff and other supervisors, and is responsible for clinical excellence, administrative proficiency, and fiscal responsibility. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for growth, development, and performance of staff and can be innovative in a mission-driven environment.

Minimum qualifications include:

• DC LICSW or LPC and

• Three or more years of experience providing direct services to adults with serious mental illness 

Preferred qualifications include:

• Two or more years of experience supervising clinical staff in behavioral health services

Candidates must have a reliable vehicle, clean driving record, and be able to successfully complete the agency’s background check.
