Assertive Community Treatment’s (ACT) mental health clinicians (called Rehabilitative Specialists) work collaboratively on multi-disciplinary teams serving vulnerable people who need high levels of support to achieve stability to live successfully in the community. Staff develop strong, trauma-informed relationships with clients who would otherwise by at the furthest margins of society. We have openings on specialty teams working with: 1. justice-involved adults, 2. transitional age youth 18-29, 3.
