Supported Employment Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Network with DC area businesses to establish relationships for placements
  • Actively secure employment matches for clients
  • Support clients after employment match to ensure success

DESIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Bachelor's degree
  • One year experience working in behavioral health, employment services, and/or retail/customer service
  • Experience completing documentation within strict deadlines
  • Outgoing personality and ability to network
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
