Clinical Housing Manager of CC's FamiliesPLUS Program
CC’s Clinical Housing Department has an opening for a Clinical Housing Manager to manage the FamiliesPLUS program. The Clinical Housing Manager provides oversight, consultation, and daily assistance for a growing program serving 35 families with ~100 children. The Clinical Housing Manager has responsibility for ensuring the team joins with program participants, treatment team and other network members, and community landlords to promote housing stability. Along with a passion for preventing homelessness, ideal candidates will also have demonstrated strong collaboration and working in team environment; experience working in community-based services and providing crisis response; and strong clinical and administrative skills including sound documentation and organizational practices. Required Qualifications are:
- Master's degree in a relevant field;
- 3-5 years of experience working with families who have serious mental illness, addiction, and/or complex trauma;
- 1 year minimum experience managing staff and/or project
