Shelter Plus Care program

Community Connections recently launched a Shelter Plus Care program in collaboration with the Community Partnership for the Prevention of Homelessness. Shelter Plus Care is a federally funded permanent housing program designed to link rental assistance to supportive services for hard to reach homeless individuals living with disabilities.
