On Friday, August 11th, 2017, our Permanent Supportive Housing Program (PSHP) team hosted their 5th annual back to school drive.
Many faces walk through the doors of Community Connections everyday and these individuals are truly inspiring people that drive our staff forward.
Community Connections hosted the ground breaking ceremony of the Youth Blossom Project. Through the Healthy Transitions grant Community Connections were able to collaborate with Cultivating the City and Steel Plate Bar and Grill to maintain our new urban farm.
Community Connections took part in celebrating and educating the community during Mental Health Awareness Month. Different members of our staff sat outside of 801 Pennsylvania Ave
Cheryl Bleakley has been a vital part of our Community Connections family for the past 13 years as she has assisted in guiding our organization as CFO.
Community Connections has day to day clinical, administrative and residential staff who go about the business of helping consumers grow and recover. To honor our values and the men and women who embody them, Community Connections has started a program of quarterly employee recognitions.
Community Connections welcomes John Lock as a new Board Member. Mr. Lock is an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at MedStar Institute for Innovation. Mr. Lock has nearly 30 years of experience as a successful entrepreneur, investor, and proven strategic operator.
