Director of Operations
Mrs. Kristal King joined Community Connections in 2015, and is the agency’s Director of Operations. Kristal’s responsibilities include developing protocols for building safety and emergency response, property management and tenant leasing to include real estate transactions. Kristal also implemented new technology software systems used across multi-departments to minimize risk and created system processes focusing on staff utilization skills and abilities streamlining internal processes. Kristal is responsible for planning and organizing numerous critical initiatives, and will be leading a new Leadership Academy program to cultivate future leaders at CC.
Kristal has spent the last 13 years in the field of best practice insight, primarily focusing on major business functions such as Procurement, Innovation and Strategy and Security and Compliance. She values building strong relationships with a diverse range of suppliers and colleagues. Kristal enjoys building community presence by coaching and mentoring women on business ethics and integrity for next level momentum. Kristal obtained a Master’s Degree in Business from the University of Phoenix school of business in 2014 and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Information Systems from a private HBCU, Livingstone College in 2005.
