Associate Director for Special Projects (Billing and Project Development)
Joanie Clement has been employed with Community Connections since 2004. She manages the fee for service finances at Community Connections, as well as business and project development for the agency. She also consults with other behavioral health providers in Washington DC, and assist them with their practice management, billing, and accounting practices. Ms. Clement has worked in the healthcare finance field for seventeen years, on both the provider and payor side. She received her BS in finance degree from Louisiana State University.
