Project Director in Center for Families and Children

Community Connections has an opening for a full time Project Director to manage two interrelated grants in our Center for Families and Children: The Healing, Empowering, and Recovering Together (HEART) grant (75% FTE), and the DC Social Emotional Early Development (DC SEED) grant (25% FTE). HEART is a five year project funded by Substance Abuse Mental Health Administration (SAMHSA) as part of their National Child Traumatic Stress Network (NCTSN). Requires Master’s degree in related field; DC LGSW or LGPC preferred, and at least one year's experience in managing staff, project or program and one year providing services with youth and families who have SED/SMI, addictions and trauma.

DC LICSW or LPC for Supervisor for Bureau of Prison Project

Community Connections’ Bureau of Prisons Project is seeking an independently licensed clinician (DC LICSW or LPC) to further grow and expand our Bureau of Prisons project. The supervisor also provides some direct services initial assessment, treatment planning, care coordination and psychotherapy to clients who are referred by the DC Halfway Houses for short term intervention.
